Braver Technology Solutions CEO Kenny Rounds was seeking growth opportunities and the strength that comes with a larger organization when he made the decision to join the New Charter Technologies Equity Partnership. Rounds was attracted to the partnership because it would allow him and his team to maintain the independence they were used to, while accelerating growth for the entire organization and expanding service capabilities for clients.
“The ability to be part of a larger company yet still have the autonomy and the independence that we’ve always had before was attractive to me,” said Rounds. “We could still be awesome, have our same culture and mentality and serve clients in the same manner. Everything is the same but we’re able to get the benefits that come from a larger company.”
This independent spirit is shared and encouraged across the New Charter Partner Organizations, and the New Charter Equity Partnership model is centered around the idea that the Managed IT industry is a “people-business” requiring a local touch and should not be consolidated.
