How long have you been employed at New Charter Technologies?

4 months.

Why did you join New Charter Technologies?

Throughout the entire interview process everyone I met was incredibly welcoming and supportive. At first, I thought it was maybe because the Avs were on their way to winning the Stanley Cup, so everyone was in a great mood, but after being a part of New Charter Technologies for a few months, I’ve come to realize the culture at New Charter Technologies is just that vibrant.

What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my role is the interactions I get to have with all our Operating Companies. Each Operating Company has its own local culture and I find it very fulfilling to work with so many diverse groups of people.

What are some cool projects you’ve seen our operating companies do with the New Charter Technologies’ partnership? Or what is the best project you’ve been a part of since you started at New Charter?

Working with our sales teams from each Operating Company and watching them come together and share is neat to see. It’s easy to talk about building a collaborative culture of success, but seeing it happen right before my own eyes every week during our sales calls is very cool.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

I enjoy working with so many different companies across a large geography. The New Charter family is so diverse that each day brings a new learning experience for me.

When you think of New Charter Technologies culture, what 3 words come to mind?

Collaborative, Supportive, and Inclusive.

What are your hobbies outside of New Charter Technologies?

I grew up playing soccer my entire life. While I don’t play anymore, I still try to stay as connected to the game as I can. When I graduated college, I started coaching alongside one of my former coaches just to stay connected to the sport I love. While I no longer coach, my weekends are often still consumed watching soccer and grilling out at home.

Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.

I know how to make a mean espresso martini.
