How long have you been employed at New Charter Technologies?

One Year

Why did you join New Charter Technologies?

I joined New Charter because it was a company that had already achieved amazing success in such a short period of time. I saw it as a company that had a substantial amount of opportunity for growth and was on the path to be a leader in the industry. It also presented a chance to work in the technology sector that’s been growing rapidly over the years. It’s about being in the right place at the right time, and New Charter Technologies is that place for me.

What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?

The best part about my job is getting to work with extremely talented people from all over the country. Every day is a learning experience because they have so much to share and teach. Plus, I have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with every business function within our organization, which opens doors to projects and experiences I might never have encountered otherwise.

What are some cool projects you’ve seen our operating companies do with the New Charter Technologies’ partnership? Or what is the best project you’ve been a part of since you started at New Charter?

I have the opportunity to work closely with prospective MSPs that are interested in joining the New Charter Platform. Each founder and their company bring their own unique characteristics and strengths, making it exciting to explore how we can fit them into our team and leverage their capabilities across the platform. It’s a fun but challenging job.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is the ability to make a positive impact on a large scale. Making a small improvement across our platform affects not just one, but over 25 companies.

When you think of New Charter Technologies culture, what 3 words come to mind?

Collaboration, Empowerment, Flexibility

What are your hobbies outside of New Charter Technologies?

I enjoy snowboarding in the winter, and during the summer, I like to golf and hike.
