How long have you been employed at New Charter Technologies?
Almost six months.
Why did you join New Charter Technologies?
Honestly, the team sold me. My first impression of New Charter was through my conversations with Ashley Wright, Sarah Bernhardt and Mitch Morgan. They all exuded this undeniable passion for what they were building at New Charter and I felt like I just had to be a part of that. The idea of building excellence, coming into a team where ideas were not just welcomed – but VALUED was really important to me.
What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?
I enjoy connecting with people & building relationships with the teams at each of our Operating Companies. I also get a unique opportunity to learn about hundreds of people across the country each month, to hear about their professional journeys, their motivations and their vision for individual growth is incredibly interesting.
What are some cool projects you’ve seen our Operating Companies do with the New Charter Technologies’ partnership? Or what is the best project you’ve been a part of since you started at New Charter?
Rolling out a brand new benefits and ATS system: UKG! Learning and sharing best practices so we can utilize the tool to the best of its abilities.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is placing a candidate in a position I have been working on for one of our companies. Not only is helping people fulfil their dreams of growing in the technology world rewarding, but with each fill I can help Operating Companies reach their big picture business goals by building an excellent team!
When you think of New Charter Technologies culture, what 3 words come to mind?
Collaboration, diversity, innovation, motivating, rewarding, encouraging. I know that is more than three, but so many come to mind.
What are your hobbies outside of New Charter Technologies?
Running, fishing, boating, baking, reading, hiking & golfing.
