How long have you been employed at New Charter Technologies?

4 Months

Why did you join New Charter Technologies?

I joined New Charter Technologies because I believe in the space and the direction the company is heading. Technology is the way of the world and isn’t going anywhere. Also, my first contact with New Charter Technologies was with Jim Boyer and his conversation was so welcoming, it seemed like a great company to work for.

What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?

My favorite part is building new relationships. As New Charter Technologies continues to grow, I get to meet and work with new people from all over North America.

What are some cool projects you’ve seen our Operating Companies do with the New Charter Technologies’ Partnership?

I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in some project management work for a new service New Charter Technologies is working on. It’s amazing to see subject matter experts from individual Operating Companies work together for the greater good of the organization.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job comes after onboarding a new Operating Company. They quickly realize that I am here to help make Microsoft a little easier to manage and navigate. I receive thank you emails that express their gratitude and excitement around our work together.

When you think of New Charter Technologies culture, what 3 words come to mind?

What are your hobbies outside of New Charter Technologies?

Outside of New Charter Technologies, I own a small event planning and decorating company. I really enjoy crafting and making people’s visions come to life. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.

I coached my son’s 7^th grade basketball team this past season.
