How long have you been employed at New Charter Technologies?

3 months.

Why did you join New Charter Technologies?

I joined New Charter for many reasons; primarily because it offers a new challenge and some location independence. I’ve enjoyed my involvement with Greystone Technologies in the past and I see the huge potential of what New Charter Technologies is becoming.

What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?

What I find most interesting is meeting all the different business owners and seeing how they run their organizations. I love asking questions to try to grasp the big picture to then figure out what marketing plan and next steps make sense.

What are some cool projects you’ve seen our operating companies do with the New Charter Technologies’ partnership? Or what is the best project you’ve been a part of since you started at New Charter?

I have enjoyed helping finalize all the videos from the annual kick-off event. It has been a good way to get to know each company a little bit better.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

I love to help clarify a marketing message and then create supporting content that reinforces that message. One of the most rewarding things is seeing photos I’ve taken on almost every Operating Company webpage.

When you think of New Charter Technologies culture, what 3 words come to mind?

I think that the 3 words that come to mind would be: People, Growth, and Accountable. To expand on those, I really think the people are great at New Charter, everyone is focused on growth.

What are your hobbies outside of New Charter Technologies?

I enjoy photography outside of my job also, I enjoy woodworking and have rebuilt an airstream that I live in. Most of my time and energy is spent eating and drinking my way around the world.

Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.

I have been to 49 of the 50 states.
