How long have you been employed at New Charter Technologies?

3 months.

Why did you join New Charter Technologies?

During the hiring process, everyone I interviewed with expressed satisfaction and excitement with their jobs in their own words. They literally had the same feelings I have today. I also love the idea behind New Charter Technologies, all of us working together makes us stronger which requires transparency and results in best-in-class work. Plus, I always wanted to work for a startup company where I could be part of building the structure and growing with the company.

What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?

What’s better than working for a company that believes in work/ life balance? I love that I can work from home and be fully productive without giving up my personal life. Another thing I love about my team is that I feel heard and seen regardless of seniority, and everyone’s opinion is valued.

What are some cool projects you’ve seen our operating companies do with the New Charter Technologies’ partnership?

I really liked the idea behind forming Cyber 74 and enjoy seeing how all our Operating Companies are gradually onboarding and coming under the New Charter technologies’ umbrella to get the same amount of support.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

I have always been passionate about Human Resources so learning and growing in that area is really rewarding for me and at the end of the day when I know I had a part in one of the most important events in someone’s life (finding a job) and helping them to go through the process smoothly I feel very satisfied.

When you think of New Charter Technologies culture, what 3 words come to mind?

A lot more than 3 comes to my mind, welcoming, supportive, trust, motivative, diversity, teamwork and collaboration between people. The list can go on and on.

What are your hobbies outside of New Charter Technologies?

Hiking, I am foodie so eating good food, travelling and of course shopping.

Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.

I know how to negotiate with people at different age groups with different interests and find the middle ground. From 7 years old (my son) to 55 years old (my hubby).
